Refund policy
We offer a 14-day from delivery period to return or exchange any order that does not show any signs of wear. To start a return, you can contact us at sofikkou@gmail.com.
The steps are the following:
- Inform us of your intent to return by emailing us at sofikkou@gmail.com.
- Place the items in the original box or in any other solid cardboard box.
- Ship with your chosen courier – we recommend using a trackable and insured method. Please keep a record of your tracking number and send us an email with the tracking number too.
- Clarify on the customs declaration or on the outside of the package that it is a return and value is 0

Please note that all shipping fees are your responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sofikkou@gmail.com.
